The core duty of the DCE is to offer dedicated assistance to website editors, particularly in their web content creation activities, emphasizing current communication and design trends, as well as readability and user experience. The secondary responsibility entails facilitating effective communication between the bank and website developers and designers, ensuring a smooth coordination between change requirements and implemented outputs. Additionally, a DCE role involves enhancing the readability, understandability and inovativity of UX/UI for bank projects, with a specific emphasis on support of bank communications strategy. Furthermore, in the capacity of a DCE, providing support to other communication activities through analysis and advisory services is also part of the role.

Main projects

Intranet
The pilot project for NBS Intranet was built using MS Sharepoint. We handled everything from planning how information is organized, designing graphics, and making sure everything works smoothly. We also trained employees through presentations and courses. The project went live in 2017 with the exciting event "Good Morning with Intranet."
Employee database
The extension for the NBS Intranet. The project contains searchable list with autocomplete function of all bank employees with photos and detailed information exactly like we designed it. There is switchable view like card, list and structual view. The biggest achievement was that we managed organization of taking photos of all employes across Slovakia NBS branches.
Youtube channel
We launched company Youtube channel with live streams of press conferences and some other (not only) educational videos.
New website
The comprehensive journey of analyzing, procuring, drafting, developing, migrating, and ultimately finalizing our new bank website, all of which is based on the WordPress CMS platform.
Communication update
The process of transformation the bank communication into a broader and more easily comprehensible experience for all. New formats and also expansion on social medias.

My primary responsibility involved providing IT support to local employees and offering remote assistance to employees across multiple branches. Additionally, I played a crucial role in publishing documents from various departments onto the website, providing essential background information for educational courses aimed at both children and adults, as well as supporting The School of Crafts.

Main projects

Encyclopedias of ÚĽUV
I led the creation and improvement of the online Encyclopedias of ÚĽUV, highlighting traditional crafts and homemade products, focusing on making them both visually appealing and user-friendly.
Launch of RCR Košice
As part of a compact team consisting of two individuals, we undertook the comprehensive task of establishing the entire IT infrastructure, including the setup of computers and hardware, within the newly inaugurated Regional Center of Crafts in Košice, which was launched in 2013.
