Digital Communication Expert in Národná banka Slovenskanew-tab-ico

Main task is provide the communication channel between bank departments and the website developers. There is always little battle between change requirements and realized outputs. The key is responsibility of the planning, procurement and execution of a project and making the results balanced and convenient for both sides. Second role is making UX/UI for our projects more readable, transparent and modern. Next DCE role is to supports other communications activities with analysis and advices.

Main projects

Intranet
The pilot project of NBS Intranet is based on MS Sharepoint. We designed the information architecture, graphic design, functionality, workflows and properties of system. We did training, presentations and courses for employees. The project was successfully launched at 2017 with action "Good morning with Intranet".
Employee database
The extension for the NBS Intranet. The project contains searchable list with autocomplete function of all bank employees with photos and detailed information exactly like we designed it. There is switchable view like card, list and structual view. The biggest achievement was that we managed organization of taking photos of all employes across Slovakia.
Timeline of bank history
The project was about redesigning visuals of existing timeline website. There was a limitation caused by CMS. The results is best possible facelift of page.
Preparing new website
We examined all possible studies and analysis of technologies, functions and procedures to prepare new public procurement. Currently the public procurement is still in progress.
2012 - 2016

Website administrator, IT support and technician in ÚĽUVnew-tab-ico

The main task was to publish documents from all departments to website, which provide background for education courses for childrens and adults and for The School of crafts. Website also supports the communication of lot of craft exhibition and events. The second role was IT support to the local employes and the remote support to employes on branches.

The design and functions of online Encyclopedias of ÚĽUV: Traditional crafts and home-made products
Launch of RCR Košice
In small team of two people, we prepared whole IT infrastructure; computers and hardware in new Regional center of crafts Košice which was opened in 2013.
